Access and security

Access to the INDUPANEL website is free of charge and any person accessing it acquires the status of User.

Access to and use of the INDUPANEL website is subject to the User having first read and fully, expressly and unreservedly accepted the terms in force at the time of access.

Proper use of the services

The User undertakes to use the services diligently, correctly and lawfully, and acknowledges that use of the website takes place under their sole and exclusive responsibility.

INDUPANEL will endeavour at all times to ensure compliance with applicable law and may interrupt or restrict access to its services where a User’s conduct is considered contrary to law, morality, public order, accepted standards of conduct or these terms, or where it may adversely affect the operation, image or reputation of INDUPANEL.

The User will be liable for any loss or damage suffered directly or indirectly by INDUPANEL as a result of breaching this Legal Notice, any applicable specific terms, or the law in connection with use of the website.

Content

INDUPANEL will not be liable for typographical errors or for a lack of accuracy or updating in its own content or in third-party content published on this website. If content infringes intellectual or industrial property rights, breaches third-party trade secrets, may constitute a criminal offence, violates applicable law, or falls within the circumstances described in Article 8 of Spanish Law 34/2002, INDUPANEL will cease publication or remove that information from the website.

Intellectual property

All website content, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, icons, images, graphic design, source code and software, is owned exclusively by Centro de Estudos Euro Rexionais or by third parties whose rights INDUPANEL acknowledges. Such content is protected by national and international intellectual and industrial property law.

Disclaimer of warranties and liability

INDUPANEL reserves the right to interrupt access to the website and the provision of any or all services at any time and without prior notice for technical, security, control or maintenance reasons, power failure or any other cause.

INDUPANEL accepts no liability for direct loss or loss of profit arising from service interruptions, delays, errors, malfunction or other issues resulting from circumstances beyond its control, the User’s intentional or negligent conduct, or force majeure. Without prejudice to Article 1105 of the Spanish Civil Code, force majeure includes events beyond INDUPANEL’s control such as failures by third parties, operators or service providers, government action, lack of access to third-party networks, acts or omissions of public authorities, natural events, power outages, and attacks on the security or integrity of IT systems, provided that INDUPANEL has adopted the security measures reasonably available in light of the state of the art.

INDUPANEL does not guarantee and accepts no liability for results obtained or losses suffered as a consequence of accessing third-party services through links on the website. Such links are provided solely to inform Users of other sources of information. Third-party services are provided and controlled by their respective providers; Users must therefore exercise appropriate caution when assessing and using them.

Although INDUPANEL adopts reasonably appropriate security measures to detect viruses, Internet security systems are not entirely reliable. Consequently, Centro de Estudos Euro Rexionais accepts no liability for damage caused by viruses or other harmful elements that may alter users’ systems, documents or stored data.

INDUPANEL is not liable for any use of website services, passwords or related material by the User that infringes intellectual or industrial property rights or any other third-party rights.

All exclusions of liability apply without prejudice to the statutory warranties and protections available to Users who qualify as consumers under applicable law.
