We continuously evaluate our suppliers' compliance with the basic criteria that determined their approval. A supplier's continued approved status will be determined by the results of successive deliveries.

This evaluation will be based on incidents and non-conformities detected upon receipt of goods or services, distinguishing between minor and serious incidents.

It will be carried out once every 6 months and assessed objectively on the basis of the incidents recorded.

Finally, Management will decide, based on the result of the continuous evaluation, whether to terminate commercial relations with suppliers that do not achieve the required standards.
